After an initial health history intake, an assessment of your fitness level and a discussion about your goals, I will prepare a customized and progressive exercise program to meet your needs. I explain why we do what we do and make it fun in the process. Your progress will be monitored continuously to ensure that I am challenging you at all times. Your comprehensive program will encompass cardiovascular and resistance training as well as balance and flexibility enhancement.
